3 Last Minute Tips for Organising a New Year’s Eve Party

With New Year’s Eve just over a week away, it’s still not too late to organise a memorable New Year’s Eve party! Below are some last minute tips on how to organise a New Year’s Eve party that everyone will enjoy.

Step 1: Good music ensures a great night!

You can’t have a New Year’s Eve party without including some good music that will get everyone up and dancing. Of course, you could always prepare a party playlist on Spotify. However, why not take things up a notch and hire a DJ to really end the year with a bang!? If you like the idea but you’re not sure where to begin, entertainment booking platform Headliner is a great way of finding and hiring DJs or bands in your local area to create a fantastic atmosphere at your party.

Step 2: Decorations!

It’s the little touches that make your New Year’s Eve party memorable for all your guests! Go all out and fill the space with balloons, glitter, sparkly fairy lights, party streamers and prepare some party hats for all your guests for a little bit of added fun (and they’ll look great in all the Insta photos!). Stick to a particular theme, such a colour – or go all out with the most colourful decorations imaginable for a super fun vibe.

Step 3: Yummy Nibbles

For me, a great party MUST have some great food to nibble on, and this does not necessarily require too much  time or effort from your side. A quick search on Pinterest for ‘party food ideas’ comes up with so many delicious-looking snacks. I particularly love the look of these little baby lasagnes and these strawberry, marshmallow and brownie kebabs – YUM!
