Crabtree & Evelyn Gardeners Collection 20th Anniversary

Crabtree & Evelyn is hands-down one of my favourite bath, body and hand care brands. They have a fantastic range of collections, including Lavender, Rose Water and Jojoba Oil, each of which is formulated especially for different skin types. However, today I’m going to be talking about the Crabtree & Evelyn Gardeners Collection which is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year.

The Gardeners Collection was originally created to appeal to anyone who loves working in the garden and appreciates the healing powers of herbs. However, it has since become one of Crabtree & Evelyn’s best-selling ranges, perfect for anyone whose skin needs a little extra nourishment.

The Gardeners Collection contains natural ingredients and botanical extracts, inspired by an English herb garden and the products themselves have a fresh, herby scent with notes of fresh rosemary, sage and thyme, which smells gorgeous.

Two of my favourite products from the collection are the Exfoliating Soap and the Overnight Hand Therapy. I regularly suffer from dry hands, so using products that are nourishing on my hands is important.

The Gardeners Exfoliating Soap is a triple milled pumice soap which cleans whilst exfoliating over-worked, dry hands. The ultra-fine pumice gently buffs away dead skin cells to reveal soft, nourished skin. Generally, I find that soaps can have quite a drying effect on my skin, so using one that has been specially formulated to nourish the skin is a great idea.

If your hands are quite dry and need even more nourishment, the Gardeners Overnight Hand Therapy may be the answer to all your prayers! Crabtree & Evelyn describe this product as ‘beauty sleep’ for your hands. The formula contains a rich and easily absorbed concentrated complex of vitamins and amino acids to soothe any dryness, enhance the skin’s natural barrier, and maintain the skin’s natural moisture levels. I love applying rich hand treatments such as this before going to sleep as you can really notice the difference the next morning. After all, there’s no better time to treat your hands than during the night, when you’re not constantly on-the-go, typing, eating, and doing all sorts of things with your hands!
