One of my favourite ways to unwind is to light up a scented candle, put some fairy lights on and relax with an adult colouring book!
Adult colouring books have been hugely popular over the last couple of years, and I still find that it’s one of the most effective ways to unwind. Nothing quite beats switching off from all the technology that normally surrounds you, and concentrating on nothing more than colouring in the pretty pages of a colouring book. I was recently sent a copy of The Whimsical Fashion Colouring Book by Natasha Itzcovitz, which was released last month and is basically the perfect colouring book for any fashion-lovers!
The book contains 100 hand-drawn fashion illustrations by fashion designer Natasha Itzcovitz and it’s full of illustrations that have been inspired by fashion through the ages. These includes drawings inspired by Marie Antoinette and Jane Austen, to more contemporary styles such as boho chic and hipster street styles.
Ever since I was younger, I’ve always really enjoyed doodling pictures of people’s faces and different fashion items as I find them both particularly relaxing to doodle and draw. Since this colouring book is pretty much packed with people, faces and fashion items, it is literally perfect!
