If there’s one thing you should know about me, I’m a BIG snacker. Whether I’m going out for the whole day, or simply popping out for an hour, I always carry a snack or two around with me because when I get hungry, I get hangry and things can get a little scary for whoever else is around. For this reason, I’m constantly on the hunt for healthy snacks which taste yummy.

I recently got sent a few product from the Nim’s Fruit Crisps range and I was very intrigued by the range. Nim’s Fruit Crisps is a range of unique and healthy air-dried fruit and vegetable crisps. The crisps are made from 100% natural fruit and vegetables with no additives or preservatives so there is literally nothing bad in there. Each bag contains thinly sliced fruit and vegetables, and since these have been air-dried rather than fried or vacuum dried, they are high in fibre and rich in vitamin C, as well as being fat-free and gluten-free. What makes it even better is, a packet of Nim’s Fruit Crisps counts as one of your five a day!

My favourite one from the entire range is the Pineapple crisps, which taste really sweet and satisfy my sweet tooth!
