The Lancome Juicy Shakers were launched in spring last year, and have received some pretty amazing reviews since then. Last month, Lancome added 2 new shades to their collection in the UK: ‘Piece of Cake’ – which I’ll be reviewing today – and ‘Show Me The Honey’ – which will be on my blog next week.
The Lancome Juicy Shakers are described as a bi-phase lip oil which combine nourishing lip oils with pigment to achieve plump but natural looking, glossy lips. The formula feel really comfortable on the lips and contains almond oil, omega 3 and cranberry oil to leave the lips feeling nourished and super soft. ‘Piece of Cake’ is a gorgeous nude-pink shade, which adds a lovely sheer pink tint to the lips – perfect for a natural daytime look.
Apart from the amazing formula, I love the application of this. You first give the tube a good shake – the more you shake it, the stronger the colour gets. You then use the luxurious cushion applicator to apply the product to your lips, and feel the product literally melt into the lips. As the formula is sheer, you can easily apply this without using a mirror – perfect for give your lips a mini pamper session on-the-go.
The Lancome Juicy Shakers are available for £18.
