Earlier this month I wrote about my first ever Charlotte Tilbury purchase, the Hot Lips lipstick in 'Liv It Up'. I was super impressed with the quality and while I was on holiday, decided to treat myself to another lipstick from Charlotte Tilbury. This time I decided to go for the Matte Revolution lipstick in 'Amazing Grace'.
'Amazing Grace' is described as a 'vintage tea rose'. It's a gorgeous bright-but-not-too-bright pink colour, which is perfect for adding a pop of colour to your makeup look.
I'd read lots of great reviews for the Matte Revolution lipsticks so I had high hopes for the lipstick's formula - and it definitely didn't disappoint! Although the lipstick has a matte finish, it is not drying in the slightest and doesn't highlight any dryness in the lips. Instead, it feels very comfortable and somewhat hydrating. In terms of longevity, this lipstick lasts very well on the lips, even after eating and drinking, which I thought was pretty impressive.
The lipstick also comes in a beautiful rose gold packaging which looks and feels so luxurious.
Although the Charlotte Tilbury lipsticks are quite pricey at £23, you really do get what you pay for in terms of quality.
