Caudalie is a French skincare brand that I was introduced to only last year, however it’s fast become a brand which I really trust. Caudalie use natural, organic ingredients and focus on using vine and grape extracts in their products, which are known for their anti-oxidant and anti-ageing properties. They are also free from Parabens, Mineral Oils and Animal-Derived Raw Ingredients and promise to be great for sensitive skin

I was recently sent a few samples from the Caudalie skincare range which I have been testing over the last few weeks.

Caudalie Glycolic Peel Face Mask

Out of all the products I was sent, the Caudalie Glycolic Peel Face Mask was the one which intrigued me the most.  At first the name itself made me wonder whether the product would be suitable for my skin, which can be quite sensitive to some masks.  However, I’m pleased to report that this mask is an absolute treat and did not cause any sort of reaction with my skin.  The mask claims to boost radiance and brighten the skin.  It is great for dull skin which needs a bit of a boost.

The mask itself has a creamy consistency and a mild fresh scent.  Once the mask has been on the skin for the recommended 10 minutes, you simply rinse it off with warm water and pat your face dry. Unlike what the name might suggest, it’s not a peel-off mask.  Nevertheless, this mask leaves my skin feeling super soft and I noticed that it also looks brighter and more radiant after using it.  It certainly lives up to all its claims and gets a big thumbs up from me!

Caudalie Vinosource SOS Thirst Quenching Serum

I am instantly drawn to any skincare product with ‘thirst quenching’ written on it – so I had a feeling that I might enjoy this product!  The Caudalie Vinosource SOS Thirst Quenching Serum is a lightweight oil-free serum which works deep within the skin and claims to leave the skin feeling refreshed, hydrated and soft.  Just like the face mask, this is also great for sensitive skin.

I have tried a few serums in the past, however this is definitely one of the best I have tried.  Not only does it feel extremely lightweight, but it gets absorbed into the skin in an instant and it really works. My skin has felt noticeably softer since I have started using this, and as it’s so lightweight it’s a great addition to your summer skincare routine.  This is also the perfect treat for your skin when catching a flight – I will definitely be taking this with me on my holiday this summer.

Caudalie Vinosource Moisturizing Sorbet

The Caudalie Vinosource Moisturizing Sorbet has been receiving quite a lot of attention from bloggers recently, and I can definitely see why.  The product is described by Caudalie as a ‘sensitive skin care saviour’, which is great news for those with sensitive skin.  The Moisturizing Sorbet is packed with anti-oxidants and ingredients such as grape water and chamomile which help to soothe, nourish and strengthen the skin.

As you can imagine from the name, the product has a very lightweight texture which feels like an in-between cream and gel consistency.  This is absorbed into the skin super quick and instantly leaves the skin feeling softer.  This is a great moisturiser for the summer, especially if you’re like me and don’t really enjoy using thick moisturisers when the weather is warm.  However, don’t let the lightweight consistency fool you – the product still leaves the skin very well moisturised, incredibly soft and soothed.
