Ideally, lazy days are to be spent at home, snuggled up in soft PJs, treating yourself to a face mask, and eating lots of chocolate.  However, sometimes going out is inevitable – even on days like these!  So, following from my ‘Makeup For a Lazy Day‘ post which went up last week, I thought I would talk you through my outfit on lazy days which require venturing out of my pamper-cave (yep, I’ve made this an official ‘thing’!).

Essential 1: A cosy parka

Parkas are my all-time favourite kind of coat.  Not only do they look great with pretty much any casual outfit, but they are super comfy and keep you nice and toasty.  I picked up this green parka from the Topshop sale last year, however I found a similar one this year on ASOS.  Parkas are perfect for lazy days as you’re pretty much going out wrapped up in a stylish duvet!

Essential 2: A snuggly blanket scarf

If you’ve been reading my blog throughout the past few months, you might have noticed that I have been practically living in blanket scarves.  I picked up this super-soft grey scarf from Topshop at the beginning of autumn, and I haven’t looked back since.  It’s pretty huge so this can double up as an actual blanket on trips to the cinema – and it’s available in loads of different colours too!

Essential 3: A comfy jumper

There’s nothing more comfy than a good old soft jumper!  As the weather hasn’t been quite as cold as it normally would be around this time of year, I’ve been reaching for thinner jumpers, such as this gorgeous pink one that I picked up in my recent Primark haul.  The material is so soft, without being overly warm – I would highly recommend checking out the jumper section in Primark at the mo!

Essential 4: Joni jeans

Although You probably wouldn’t normally classify skinny jeans as ‘comfortable, lazy day clothes’, Topshop’s super high-waisted Joni jeans are an entirely different story!  The super-strechy fabric of these jeans makes them the most comfortable pair of jeans I have ever owned, and as with all of Topshop’s jeans, they come in a great selection of colours.

Essential 5: UGGs

Love them or hate them, there’s no denying that UGGs are *the* most comfortable pair of boots that I own.  I’ve had my classic short UGGs for around 5 years now and they were definitely worth the investment as I wear them most days throughout the winter months.  They are such amazing quality and look just as good now as they did back when I first got them!  And if you’re not too keen on the classic UGG colour, check out this pair in black.
