Winter wardrobe essentials

UNPOPULAR OPINION ALERT!  I absolutely love this time of year, as the weather starts to get colder, and I'm not such a huge fan of the warm, summer months!  I love autumn and winter, along with all the clothes and accessories that come with it.  Snuggly scarves, cosy coats, and best of all, fluffy PJs!  I'm currently really enjoying the rain hitting against my bedroom window as I write this blog post - I just can't get enough of it all.

1. Snuggly Scarf from Topshop
I have been showing this scarf so much love ever since I bought it, and recently featured it at the end of my Primark haul (which you can watch here).  This scarf is so soft, extremely snuggly and pretty much the best thing to happen this season.  Topshop have this scarf in so many different colours, and I'm quite tempted to pick another one up in a different colour (the dark red one looks gorgeous!).

Primark have some amazing coats in-store at the moment, so it's definitely worth checking them out if you live close to one.  This coat was available in several different colours, including a really lovely navy colour.  However unfortunately the store I visited did not have the navy coat in my size, so I thought I would go for something a little bit different and opted for the cream version.  I absolutely love the clasp detailing along the front of the coat, and will definitely be getting lots of wear out of this all winter!

Dupes for the Chloe Drew bag have been all over the high street this season, and I was determined to pick one up.  This style of bag is very different to what I would normally go for, as I would usually pick a rather large one that I could fit my whole life into!  However, I wanted to go for something different this season, and also - it's not always convenient to walk around carrying a huge bag. Topshop also do a similar bag to this which also looks gorgeous, and is available in 3 different colours (here).

I received this watch as a present from my mum on a trip to Dublin earlier this year (and now she wants one too!).  I was on the lookout for a new watch for a few months before discovering the Olivia Burton brand.  Olivia Burton do the nicest watches I have ever set my eyes on, and I am totally in love with this watch.  It's the perfect size for my small wrists and looks great which pretty much any outfit.  I think it looks particularly gorgeous paired with the cream bag shown in the photo above.  Definitely check out the Olivia Burton website if you're looking to add a watch to your Christmas wishlist, and check out my blog post about the Olivia Burton 'The Hackney' model here.

I featured this nail polish, along with many others, in my KIKO haul earlier this month.  Most people associate pastel nail polish shades with the spring and summer.  However, I think that certain shades, such as this, can look great all year round.  I love this lavender/periwinkle nail polish from KIKO, as not only does it look super pretty, but the formula is absolutely amazing.  Nail polish normally does not last longer than 2-3 days before chipping on my nails, however this lasted around 6 days!  And if that wasn't enough, the KIKO nail polishes are currently reduced to just £2.50 on their website!
