Topshop Beauty is fast becoming one of my favourite beauty brands! I have been so impressed by their lipsticks, eyeshadows, eyeliners and brow products in the past, and could not wait to try out another one of their lipsticks this spring! Read on to find out more about the Topshop lipstick in ‘Innocent’.
‘Innocent’ is the third lipstick from Topshop that I own, having tried out their lipsticks in ‘Macaroon’ and ‘Ohh La La’ last summer. And just like my two previous Topshop lipstick purchases, ‘Innocent’ did not disappoint me!
‘Innocent’ is a pretty blue-toned pink shade. I normally tend to avoid blue-toned lipsticks, typically preferring more warm colours. However, I was really pleased to see that ‘Innocent’ compliments my skin tone well and does not wash me out. It makes a nice change to my usual warm-toned lipsticks and is a shade which I will definitely continue to reach for this spring!
In terms of quality, ‘Innocent’ feels much creamier and more hydrating than the other Topshop lipsticks that I own and is therefore more forgiving on dry lips. Although the shade is pale-medium, the pigmentation is really impressive and the colour lasts around 3-4 hours on my lips.
You can see what the lipstick looks like on my lips in my Everyday Makeup Spring Edition post.
Topshop Lipstick in ‘Innocent’ is available from Topshop for £8.
