White Glo Whitening Toothpaste
White Glo Whitening Toothpaste

Today I'll be reviewing something a little bit different on my blog, and that is the White Glo Extra Strength Whitening Toothpaste.  I have been trying out this toothpaste throughout the past month and will be giving you my honest opinion about this product and whether it really works!

The White Glo Extra Strength Whitening Toothpaste comes with 150g of the toothpaste, a specially designed toothbrush as well as a pack of dental flosser toothpicks.  This is something which instantly impressed me as although we all know how important it is to change our toothbrush regularly (approx every 3 months), many of us are guilty of not changing it for a little bit longer than we'd like to admit!  However, with the White Glo toothpastes, you get a new toothbrush each time you purchase your toothpaste - genius!  And what makes this even better is that you can get all of this for just £3.99/£4.99!

The range of White Glo toothpastes comes in four different varieties: Professional Choice (the original formula), Coffee & Tea (for caffeine addicts, to lift difficult stains), Smokers Formula (targets discolouration of teeth caused by smoking), 2-in-1 (combines the effects of a toothpaste + mouthwash) and Sensitive Forte + (for sensitive teeth).  I decided to try out the Professional Choice toothpaste - and this is how I got on!

When I first tried out the toothpaste I was not expecting any instant results, however I definitely noticed my teeth instantly felt a lot smoother after using the toothpaste for the first time - something that I did not get from my regular toothpaste.  It is similar to the feeling you get after having professional cleaning done at your dentist!  The toothpaste also has a pleasant minty taste, which is not too strong (ie. just the way I like it!) and I did not experience any sensitivity after using the product for two weeks - something that some people complain of experiencing when using whitening toothpaste and other whitening products.  After two weeks, I noticed a subtle yet definitely visible difference to my teeth.  Although my teeth were not as white as a paper, they definitely looked brighter and a bit lighter than they did before I had started using the product!

Overall I would definitely recommend trying out the product.  The thing I liked most about it is just how smooth and clean it made my teeth feel (goodbye old toothpaste!) and the fact that you don't have to worry about replacing your old toothbrush, as you get a new one every time you buy your toothpaste!  Also, although the whitening results are quite subtle after two weeks, I imagine the difference will be more noticeable the longer I use the product for - which I will definitely be doing!

White Glo Extra Strength Whitening Toothpaste is available for £3.99/£4.99 from Superdrug, Boots, Amazon or Morrisons

Will you be trying out the White Glo toothpaste range?
