It’s been ages since I last posted a wishlist (My last one was in September 2013!), so here is my updated beauty wishlist – enjoy!
After recently discovering the Sanctuary Spa Comforting Night Butter (which I reviewed here) I have been really looking forward to trying out more of their products, including the Cocooning Body Butter – which I’ve heard smells really good. If you read my review of the Night Butter you would know that I was very, very impressed by it as not only does it smell amazing but it also really works! I don’t suffer from particularly dry skin, however I still noticed a huge difference in my skin ever since I started using it. Sanctuary Spa are currently on offer at Boots (3 for 2) and you can save 50% off the Sanctuary Spa Luxury Moisture Collection over on feelunique.com!
I have been hearing lots of great stuff about this product and so I decided to test it on my hand while I was at the Clinique counter at Gatwick airport. I was so impressed! Since this is a cream-gel, it feels lighter on the skin than a moisturising cream, which I really like. It also sinks into the skin a lot quicker and claims to offer 24 hours of hydration. This is definitely on my wishlist and I can’t wait to get my hands on it eventually!
I have seen several YouTubers use this palette in their tutorials and I always thought the shades looked so pretty. When I recently came across the Too Faced section in Boots and swatched this I was so impressed! All the shades are incredibly pigmented and the colours look even better in real life than they do in photos and videos. You can see swatches of this palette as well as some of the other Too Faced palettes here. ‘Push-up’ is such a pretty shade!!
Despite its quirky name, this seems like such a good mascara! The before/after photos I have seen of this look incredible (You can see some of them here and here). Mascara is one of the most important parts of my makeup routine so I’m always on the hunt for the ‘perfect’ mascara and can’t wait to give this one a go!
Ahhhh *sighs*, Yves Saint Laurent lipsticks just have the prettiest packaging! Peach Passion is a pinky-peach shade (which is all I seem to wear on my lips really!), and this makes it suitable for everyday use. In my opinion, if you invest in a more high-end lipstick, it might as well be one which you can wear on a regular basis, rather than a daring colour you won’t really wear much! YSL Rouge Volupte lipsticks are currently on sale on feelunique.com!
What’s on your wishlist this month? Have you tried any of the products on my wishlist?
Fashion wishlist coming later on this week!
