Today I shall be reviewing Soap & Glory’s very well-known body scrub, SUGAR CRUSH!
Sugar Crush costs £8 for 300ml, which is pretty decent in my opinion, as you do get great value for your money!
I decided to purchase Sugar Crush a few months ago after hearing so (SOOOO) much about how nice it smelt and how it was quite a few bloggers’ favourite body scrub. Having loved pretty much every Soap & Glory product I previously owned and due to Boots’ brilliant 3-for-2 offer, I decided to give it a go.
When I first gave Sugar Crush a sniff in the tub I thought it smelt good, but not great (I had very very high expectations due to all the reviews). However, when I actually started to use it I could understand what all the fuss is about, and why some people would just randomly give their tub a sniff even when they weren’t using it, as it does smell pretty bloooomin’ amazing! Sugar Crush contains smashed brown sugar, lime, almond oil and macadamia grains, and is described as having a sweet lime scent. However, I don’t think this does any justice to the scent, as it is sooo much more than that and can literally make my mouth water even though I’m not actually too fond of limes?! What I believe makes me love the scent so much is the crushed brown sugar which the scrub contains – Mmmmmm!
Now, onto more important matters, such as DOES THE SCRUB ACTUALLY WORK? Well, yes. And it works pretty amazingly too! I normally use this scrub around 2-3 times a week (I alternate between this and The Breakfast Scrub) and I have noticed SUCH a huge difference to my skin. I don’t normally suffer from particularly dry/flaky skin except for the odd occassion, however this made my skin feel extrasuperamazingly soft and moisturised! I can honest say that I have never felt my skin so soft before using this product!
So, would I recommend it? 100% yes! Actually, make that 110%!
You can purchase Soap & Glory Sugar Crush from Boots (look out for the regular offers!)
